An exhibition of Robert Mapplethorpe through ‘Artists Rooms’ by the Tate/Art Fund is coming to Linlithgow Burgh Halls between July and October 2012.
Although it is spectacularly on tour throughout Scotland - I think this location is the most surreal and therefore the best place to view it.
A rare and controversial treat for the eyes in the sleepy, prudish town of Linlithgow - an event which I think Mapplethorpe would have found very pleasing.

In my gallery we are hoping to acquire the Andy Warhol Artist Room for 2013 which would truly be a privilege to curate.
The Artist Room scheme is brilliant - bringing artwork to areas which would have never been possible before.
